Eligibility Criteria

Connect is an NDIS registered organisation. As such, to be eligible for our services you must; 

 

• Be on an NDIS plan and be  Plan Managed or Self-Managed.  (We can provide assistance with this if needed). 

 

• Live within the Sydney region

 

• Be between the ages of 16-65.

We provide:

 

- Community Participation

- Assistance with daily living

- Respite

- Holiday Retreats

- Personal Training

- Assistance with collaborating with other services ie. Support coordinators

Therapy assistance:

-Speech Therapy assistance

-Physiotherapy Therapy assistance

-School Therapy assistance

At all times, staff will have:

 

• First-Aid kits

• Hand Sanitizer

• PPE

• Disposable gloves

• Dust Masks
